Booking requests submitted through our website do not constitute confirmed appointments.
Appointments are only considered confirmed after receiving confirmation from a member of the Swift Day Clinic team.
We reserve the right to amend, reschedule, postpone, or decline appointments where necessary.
5. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
To ensure we are able to provide timely care to all patients, we kindly request that any cancellations or requests to reschedule be communicated as early as possible.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy:

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are free of charge.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of THB 1,000.

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice ("No-Show") will incur a THB 1,000 no-show fee.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in one or more of the following actions:

A deposit being required for future appointments.

Restrictions being placed on future appointment bookings.

Swift Day Clinic reserving the right to decline future booking requests.
Any existing booking deposits may be applied toward cancellation or no-show fees where applicable.
Patients arriving significantly late may have their appointment shortened, rescheduled, or cancelled at the discretion of the clinic in order to minimise disruption to other scheduled patients.

Our AI chatbot is intended solely to provide general information regarding our clinic and services.
The chatbot:
