A range of specialised equipment and support services may be available, including operating theatre equipment, laser platforms, monitoring equipment, sterilisation services, and recovery facilities.A detailed equipment list can be provided upon enquiry.

Yes. Additional equipment, consumables, and specialised support services may be arranged subject to availability and applicable fees.

Standard theatre consumables may be included, while specialised items and procedure-specific consumables may incur additional charges.

Yes. Theatre nursing, circulating nurse services, recovery support, and additional staffing arrangements may be available depending on the requirements of the procedure.

Anaesthesia-related equipment and support services may be available upon request and subject to scheduling and approval.

Procedures are scheduled in advance and are subject to facility availability and approval.

This may be possible depending on the procedure types, estimated operating times, staffing requirements, and scheduling availability.

The following cancellation terms may apply:More than 7 days' notice: Full refund of any booking deposits or prepaid facility fees.3–7 days' notice: Certain administrative, staffing, or reserved equipment charges may be retained where costs have already been incurred.Less than 72 hours' notice: Cancellation fees may apply due to reserved theatre time, staffing arrangements, and preparation of equipment and consumables.Same-day cancellation or failure to attend (No-Show): Full facility charges and any costs incurred for allocated support services, equipment preparation, or consumables may be payable.Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in:Deposits being required for future bookings;Restrictions on future facility reservations; and/orSwift Day Clinic reserving the right to decline future booking requests.Specific cancellation terms and applicable charges will be confirmed at the time of booking depending on the facilities, equipment, and support services requested.

The treating practitioner remains solely responsible for patient assessment, treatment decisions, informed consent processes, and clinical management.
